Haeme

  1. Write the case in your own words—type or paste below. Cover presentation, investigations, and treatment so far in ordinary prose (you can draft, edit, then send when ready). AML-focused, with UK-oriented pointers to practice and guidelines where useful. Adjunct only; MDT remains responsible. No structured form before you start.

  2. Haeme reviews what you supply across relevant modalities (e.g. morphology, flow, cytogenetics, molecular, IHC, NGS), checks guideline fit, and derives WHO-based class, ELN-type risk, and transplant commentary only when the narrative allows.

  3. One structured report: topic sections, brief rationale, references alongside the relevant findings.
